Beach way house 2 story house invites you to spend some time with your family and rest by an amazing blue flag award-winning sandy beach and to discover the Jurassic coast.
On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a coat room that is ample in storage and leads onto the stairway hall which also has a small study/ workspace under the stairs. Exploring the ground floor further you will find plenty of space to be together in the living room or dining area or to chill out in the kitchen while the kids enjoy themselves in the playroom where they can watch TV (Disney + and Netflix included and password protected), discover new toys, or read a magazine, while grown-ups can have a cup of tea or a cheeky glass of wine on the recliner chairs. You can open the garden doors for some fresh air or for the kids to run around while you keep an eye on them from the inside.
Station Way House is a compact 3-bed house that can sleep up to 7 people comfortably and 9 at a push. It is conveniently located near the Bournemouth central station in the BH1 postcode area and is just an 8-minute walk from the ASDA superstore and the station itself. The start of the Bournemouth centre is also a convenient 10-minute walk from the property. The property is also a mere 6-minute drive to the central Bournemouth pier or a 7-minute drive to the Boscombe Pier where you can access the Blue Flag award-winning sandy beach 🙂 We can accommodate working professionals or families looking to have a holiday at our sandy resort.
